Pre-Order Information

Pre-orders are now open to friends and family, offering an exclusive opportunity to try our new products before anyone else at a significant discount. Pre-order only applies to new products. Future restock items will not be offered in pre-orders. This type of special offer could one day end due to operational reasons. However, as our tribute to our early supporters, this tradition will continue for the first 247 supporters. We are currently 1/2 full of this 247 slot. To be grandfathered into this offer, you can either participate in our pre-order or sign up for our newsletter.

 

Pricing and Sales Policy:

  • Pre-order prices are close to cost and are final sales.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn.

  • Exchanges can also be made up to 30 days after the product is available for pick-up.

  • Cancellations are accepted only if we fail to deliver the products within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Production and Delivery Timeline:

  • Production begins after the pre-order deadline. Jersey's expected delivery time is 45- 60 days. Bibs are expected to take longer due to the Chamois delay from Italy. 60-90days

  • Pick-up or shipping details will be provided once your items are ready.

  • Delivery dates may change due to manufacturing or logistics issues.

  • Pre-order deadline: Sunday, May 4th at Midnight.

Payment and Fees:

  • Pre-orders must be prepaid via e-transfer or cash, as we are unable to cover merchant fees or shipping costs.

  • Pick-up is available in Richmond Hill (Bayview/Hwy 7).

  • Shipping within Canada is available for a flat fee of $15.

  • At checkout, pre-order items will appear as $0, and no payment details will be requested. 

Ordering Instructions:

  1. Add to Cart: Browse and add your desired items to the shopping cart.

  2. Choose Delivery Option: Select either the Pick-Up or Shipping ($15) option at checkout.

  3. Review Your Order: You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number. Verify your total, including shipping (if applicable).

  4. Payment: Submit an e-transfer to kin.mak@hotmail.com, including your order number in the description. Payment is due within 3 days of placing your order. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 days.
