Standard Orders
You may return or exchange a standard order item within 30 days of delivery if not worn and in brand-new condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact sales to initiate a return. 

Pre-Orders
You may cancel only if the item cannot be delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery if not worn and in brand-new condition.

Final sale
Items labeled final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
